Parents, as you may have heard the Appoquinimink School district making a major change to summer reading. On June 2, 2010 the attached letter was sent home with your child. Every student and staff member are reading the same book this year. The summer reading book is Three Cups of Tea. Information can be found in the attached letter.

The Middletown High School's S.O.S. (Save Our School) program was designed to provide students, parents and the community another avenue of communication to ensure a safe environment for our students, staff and volunteers.

It is with great excitement that I unpacked my boxes from Waters Middle back to Middletown High. While I have enjoyed my time away from what we once called the "New High School," I have also missed the building where I had the pleasure of starting my teaching career.
